Selling A House in Houston
Selling a house in Houston may be easy for some people, but it’s not easy for me. I don’t have time to show it to potential buyers and I wouldn’t know what to do next even if I did find a buyer on my own.
I can advertise in the newspaper and the shoppers, and I can post photos on craigslist and other places online. But then I’d have to take the phone calls and deal with the emails whenever someone shows an interest in my house for sale.

For now, I’m selling my house as is because there’s no way I can do all the repairs and remodeling needed to put it in top condition. Somebody is going to buy it the way it is, and I just need to find that person.
