Is it Possible to Use PayPal To Sell A Home?

I learned it is not possible to use PayPal to sell a home. Meaning, it is not possible for a buyer to pay for the property by using PayPal at closing. There is a practical reason for this – PayPal bans the use of its service for real property sales/purchases, including land, houses, and buildings.

International buyers, or any buyer who attempts to purchase your home through PayPal is most likely a scammer. Genuine buyers understand they cannot purchase real estate through PayPal, which is important to know when you’re selling real estate, too.

Many other items are banned from use of PayPal as well. PayPal can never be used to pay for firearms, bitcoin, and e-cigs, among other items. PayPal is a common method of payment for most items sold online, but that does not include any form of real property sold online.

Sell A Home to We Pay Fast Instead

I can sell a home by calling 1-800-WePayFast (1-800-937-2932) or emailing info@wepayfast.com and getting connected with the We Pay Fast team of investors who pay cash and close fast. They are looking for property to purchase directly from sellers all over the county. We Pay Fast may be looking for properties just like mine for sale now.

Even though I won’t be able to use PayPal to sell a home, I can certainly contact We Pay Fast and speak directly to a professional team member. We Pay Fast pays all the closing costs and legal fees associated with their purchase transactions, too.

It’s not possible to use PayPal to sell a house, but I could be collecting my home equity in less than two weeks’ time by calling 1-800-WePayFast (1-800-937-2932) to sell a home for fast cash now.
