Sell a Home with a Yard Sign?
Is it possible to sell a home with a yard sign and no other forms of advertising? Real estate agents use yard signs, and sometimes that’s their only form of advertising, other than listing on the local multiple listing service. Various websites pick up those local listings and show them to their site visitors, too.
But a yard sign is still the tried-and-true method of identifying a house for sale. I wonder if it would work for me? Most For Sale By Owner signs include a phone number, too, and the idea of having my cell phone number posted on a sign in my yard does not appeal to me. It seems like a good way to attract scammers or criminals.
I don’t want to start having telemarketing or fraud problems because there’s a sign in my yard with my cell phone number posted on it. So, unless I can use another phone number to take messages and forward them to my cell phone, I am not interested in trying to sell a home with a yard sign.
Selling My Home with No Agent and No Yard Sign
I can call the home buying professionals at We Pay Fast instead of listing with an agent and putting up a yard sign. Calling 405-521-1807 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org is an easy way to speak to an investor who pays cash for homes like mine. If I leave a message, I will get a call back within 24 hours.
So, I can avoid putting up a For Sale sign in my yard by calling or emailing the professional buyers at We Pay Fast. If they are interested in purchasing my home, they will provide all the legal documents required for the sale. All I have to do is sign them and collect my proceeds check, in as little as a week to ten days.
We Pay Fast takes care of all the document preparation and legal fees, and they do not charge a commission. The price they offer me is the amount of the check I receive at closing. Why would I sell a home with a yard sign when I can call We Pay Fast instead?
