Sell A House Now or Wait?

Sell A House Now or Wait?

It should be an easy decision to sell a house now or wait. Family members and real estate agents I have consulted all have their own opinions on the matter. As for me, I am still undecided about the timing of a sale.

The house has tenants living in it. They have told me their plans to move out, but so far they have not given me written notice. Many people do not understand that written notice is required by their lease agreement. It’s possible my tenants do not understand that without written notice they may lose part of their security deposit. I am trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. For now, I assume they will give me 30-days’ written notice to move out as required by their lease.

Anyone who has been a landlord knows that giving tenants the benefit of the doubt can cause problems. I have certainly learned that lesson before. So, that is why I am considering selling the property while it is still occupied. If I can arrange for a quick, cash sale of the house, the new owner will be the new landlord dealing with these tenants because the lease on the property is part of the sale transaction.

Sell A House To We Pay Fast For Cash

The home-buying professionals at We Pay Fast have a great deal of experience purchasing rental houses occupied by tenants. They work with property owners to close fast cash sales, and after they take title to the rental house they work directly with the tenants. The more I think about selling my rental property soon, the more I like the idea.

I can call 1-800-WePayFast (1-800-937-2932) or email info@wepayfast.com and expect a phone call in return within 24 hours. We Pay Fast buyers have the authority to make offers over the phone when speaking directly to the property owner. There is a possibility that We Pay Fast will be interested in the house and also in the income generated by the tenants’ rental payments. If so, we can come to an agreement on the sale price and they email me a purchase agreement to sign.

I could sell a house now or wait, but calling 1-800-WePayFast (1-800-937-2932) and speaking to the We Pay Fast buyers sounds like the best plan for me to sell a house now.
