Sell My House to Pay My Bills?
It is not something I have ever considered before, but I may have to sell my house to pay my bills in the near future. The extended period of Coronavirus unemployment, with no hope of returning to work immediately, has drained me and my family of all our cash resources. We have sold our investments and what remains is our home.
We have never experienced anything like this in our lives, which is certainly true for many, many people all over the world. In large metropolitan areas where residents have lived in rented condominiums and apartments most of their lives, selling their home is not an option. I should consider myself fortunate that I own a house I can sell now.
But the traditional method of listing and selling a house with a real estate agent is not going to work for us. We do not have time to wait for a buyer to show up, make an offer and obtain financing. There are too many unknowns when listing a house for sale, and if there is one thing I don’t need right now it is yet another unknown.
Selling to We Pay Fast
As an alternative to listing and selling through an agent, I am thinking about selling to We Pay Fast. They are an experienced team of professional real estate investors who pay cash for homes. They deal directly with homeowners who can vacate their homes and close a sale transaction within a week to ten days after signing a purchase agreement.
Fortunately, we are in a position to move out of our home on a short time frame, too. We are very motivated to retire several pressing debts and to do whatever it takes to get the cash to make that happen. The thought of waking up and looking forward to a day without bill collectors’ phone calls is a wonderful thought!
Calling We Pay Fast at 405-521-1807 or emailing email@example.com is the way to get in touch with their home buyers. They will call back, from a phone message or an email, within 24 hours to discuss the details. When I sell my house to pay my bills I want to work with We Pay Fast.
