Selling A Property To Millennials

This is not a politically correct thing to say, but I am getting frustrated in the process of selling a property to millennials. I am not going to mention exact ages or genders, but simply say that we are not from the same generation. My prospective buyers and I did not grow up with the same ways of thinking, in life or in business.

These buyers have asked me thousands of questions and insisted on many improvements and concessions. I understand they are trying to be smart real estate buyers. They are trying to get a good deal, which has cost me many weeks of time and a certain amount of sanity to juggle their needs with my own.

Since our negotiations have gone on so long, the original purchase agreement date has expired. In other words, at this moment I have no legal obligation to sell my property to these buyers. It may come as a shock to them to discover that they have negotiated themselves out of the picture entirely.

Selling A Property To We Pay Fast Instead

By calling the professional real estate investors at We Pay Fast I can speak to a team of people who know how to get things done. They have many years’ experience buying and selling properties of all kinds, purchasing them directly from sellers without real estate agents or brokers.

The We Pay Fast team has the expertise I am looking for. They make offers over the phone, they pay cash, and they close fast. Weeks will not go by before they make a decision about my property for sale. We will discuss it on the phone, and they will make me an offer if they are interested. It’s that simple.

By calling 1-800-WePayFast (1-800-937-2932) or emailing info@wepayfast.com I will get a phone call back within 24 hours. How I am looking forward to speaking to real estate professionals now, instead of the frustrations of selling a property to millennials!
