Selling My Home by Myself

Selling My Home

Selling My Home by Myself

Looks like I will be selling my home by myself. A few agents have looked at it and made suggestions for repairs and remodeling, but that gets old after a while. I need to sell it as-is, without investing any money to improve it. Since I do not have an agent working for me, I will be finding my own buyer.

So, how do I go about finding the buyer I want? They will be able to pay cash and close within a short time frame, meaning no mortgage lender will be involved. Waiting for mortgage loan application and approval can take weeks, and at the end of all those weeks a buyer may not be approved. That is certainly devastating for the buyer, but it also affects the seller. Because their property has been off the market, they must start over to find another buyer for it when the sale falls apart.

Finding a buyer who can pay cash means there is no chance of our sale falling apart over mortgage loan approval. It also means the transaction may be able to close faster, too,

Selling My Home As Is To We Pay Fast

Looking at various companies that buy homes “as is” from homeowners like me, I found the experienced team at We Pay Fast. Luckily, they pay cash and close fast, which is exactly what I’m looking for. They take title to the properties at closing, so We Pay Fast is the buyer, not an agent or broker.

If We Pay Fast is interested in my home when we talk on the phone, they will create all the paperwork needed for the buyers and the sellers to sign, as well as all documents needed to close the transaction. Sellers are not charged for any document preparation or legal work because We Pay Fast pays all closing costs.

I’m calling 1-800-WePayFast (1-800-937-2932) or emailing info@wepayfast.com because it’s quick and easy. That’s what I want since I’m selling my home by myself.
