Selling Property With PayPal
Are people selling property online or offline with PayPal? I know it’s possible to sell almost everything and accept PayPal in payment. But not everything qualifies. PayPal will reject certain items and refuse to conduct the transaction.
Some of those items include controlled substances, cigarettes, stolen goods, firearms and ammunition, and multi-level marketing schemes. Payment for real estate is not prohibited, but it is very risky. The reason is this – PayPal’s famous “Purchase Protection” that covers buyers is not available to buyers of real estate using PayPal.
I was hoping to make an international sale with the use of PayPal, but intelligent buyers are not likely to pay thousands of dollars for real estate with no purchase protection through PayPal. It sounded like a good idea, but it’s not a good idea at all. PayPal does not want the responsibility to protect buyers of real estate, and I certainly do not want the responsibility of selling property online and having problems with the transaction.
Selling Property to We Pay Fast
Now that I have abandoned the idea of selling my property with PayPal, I am considering a sale to the We Pay Fast team of professional buyers. They pay cash and close fast, with no need for listing and selling agents or mortgage loan brokers. Selling property to We Pay Fast is quick and easy, and their transactions often close within two weeks’ time.
Getting in touch with the team at We Pay Fast is as simple as calling 1-800-WePayFast (1-800-937-2932), emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or completing their brief online contact form. Any of these methods of reaching out the We Pay Fast will result in a phone call back within 24 hours. An investor with the authority to make offers over the phone will reply.
I have no need of selling property with PayPal because calling 1-800-WePayFast (1-800-937-2932) and working with the We Pay Fast buyers is quick and easy enough for me!
