Should I Sell My Building to Family?

It is not clear whether I should sell my building to family or not. The plot is thick, meaning there’s a backstory and lots going on in my life. Nobody in my family knows the details, so they do not know I need to sell the property quickly.

There are two downsides to selling to family, as I see it currently. Firstly, they will talk amongst themselves, meaning they will gossip about me behind my back. I do not want to open that can of worms if it can be avoided. Secondly, how would I tell a family member I must sell for cash and not wait for mortgage loan approval?
