Use PayPal To Sell A Home?

Researching the topic, I discovered it is not possible to use PayPal to sell a home. By that I mean it is not possible for a buyer to pay for the property by using PayPal at closing. There is one primary reason for this – PayPal bans the use of its service for real property sales/purchases, which means land, houses, and buildings.

If an international buyer, or any buyer, anywhere, wants to purchase your home through PayPal you will know that person is a scammer, without a doubt. Legitimate buyers know they cannot purchase real estate through PayPal. And now you know it, too.

Other items are banned as well. PayPal cannot be used to pay for firearms, bitcoin, and e-cigs, among other items.

Finding a Cash Buyer to Sell A Home

I am looking to find a cash buyer now, because listing my house on the local real estate market and waiting for a cash buyer to show up cannot be guaranteed. It could happen, but that is a risk I don’t choose to take.  I need to find a cash buyer myself, without listing and selling through an agent.

Turns out, I can call 1-800-WePayFast (1-800-937-2932) or email info@wepayfast.com and get connected with a We Pay Fast investor who is looking to buy property all over the county. We Pay Fast pays cash and closes fast on their purchase transactions.

I can’t use PayPal to sell a home, but I can contact We Pay Fast and speak directly to a qualified buyer. We Pay Fast pays all the closing costs associated with the transaction, too. I could be collecting my home equity in less than two weeks’ time if I call 1-800-WePayFast (1-800-937-2932) to sell a home now.
